About our subscription
Starting summer 2027, we'll be offering boxes of fresh, seasonal vegetables grown right here at our farm in Hutchinson, Minnesota.
Think fresh salad greens, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, squash, and plenty more as the seasons change… all certified organic!
We're still ironing out some details, but our first sign-up opportunity is coming in December!

but here's what we know so far!
We know everyone has their favorite vegetables (and a few they'd rather skip!).
Each week, we make a few items (usually the less popular ones) swappable each week. Rather skip the beets and get carrots? Can do!

So far, we're planning pickup at the farm in Hutchinson and in Chanhassen.
We'll be exploring additional pickup sites soon and surveying people on our waitlist to learn where they'd like to pick up their vegetables.
